Ms. Neale grew up in Delaware County, where she now resides with her family in Walton.  Since her admission to the New York State bar in January 2008, Ms. Neale has been practicing law in Delaware County for a small general practice law firm in Sidney, New York.  She dedicates most of her practice to representing clients in child custody and matrimonial actions, as well as in criminal defense.  

Prior to joining our firm as Vice President in March 2013, Ms. Neale regularly litigated in Delaware, Chenango, and Otsego Counties.  She also represents clients on appeal.

Ms. Neale's matrimonial and family court experience includes representig clients in divorces, child custody, child/spousal support, neglect, family offense, and paternity proceedings.  Ms. Neale's criminal defense experience includes representing indivduals charged with violations, misdemeanors, and felony level charges.  

Ms. Neale has considerable experience defending in DWI and related proceedings, at both the felony and misdemeanor level.  In addition, Ms. Neale is experienced representing clients in DWI related Administrative hearings with the Department of Motor Vehicles. 

In addition to her family, matrimonial, and criminal defense practice, Ms. Neale litigates in Surrogates and Supreme Courts, and the Court of Claims.  Her Surrogate's Court experience includes probate and guardianship proceedings. Her Supreme Court experience includes collections matters, secured transactions, personal injury, constructive trust, contract disputes, and lien law.

Ms. Neale regularly defends and prosecutes in various Administrative hearings, and has represented litigants in arbitration proceedings.  Ms. Neale is also experienced practicing in Appellate Courts.   

Ms. Neale is dedicated to helping her hometown community by continuing to provide top-shelf legal representation to her clients.  In addition, she devotes her talent, time, and wisdom to our community by serving on the United Health Services Delaware Valley Hospital Board of Directors.
