Administrative Hearings

There are many types of administrative hearings in New York State.  While adminstrative hearings are generally less formal than court hearings, and have more liberal rules, an attorney can help you identify whether you can pursue a claim before an administrative law judge, or ensure that you are well defended in these hearings.

There are often special rules associated with administrative hearings. Your attorney will be familiar with these unique rules, will ensure that your case is prepared, that your administrative hearing is fair, or can represent you in challenging a ruling made in an administrative hearing.
