Ms. Albaugh grew up in upstate New York and has a decade of legal experience. She dedicated the majority of her practice to representing clients in family court and in criminal defense.  

Prior to founding our firm, Ms. Albaugh worked with an internationally recognized law firm defending corporate officers against government investi­ga­tions in high profile corporate governance litigation.  

In 2008, Ms. Albaugh worked for a boutique communications law and consulting firm where she advised telecommunications companies (telecoms) on compliance with Federal and New York State regulations and assisted them in licensing.  Ms. Albaugh successfully defended telecommunications companies against complaints made to the Federal Communications Commission.  Ms. Albaugh also advised municipalities on compliance with State regulation for public utilities. 

Ms. Albaugh is experienced litigating in Surrogates, Supreme, Family, and County Courts.  Her Surrogates Court experience includes probate proceedings, as well as complex litigation involving wholly charitable organizations and trustees' breach of fiduciary duties.  Her Supreme Court experience includes matrimonial actions, personal injury, secured transactions, and lien law.   

Ms. Albaugh defends and prosecutes in various Administrative hearings.
